We are looking for volunteers that can walk our dogs on a short route. Available shifts are 9 a.m. - 12 p.m., 12 - 3 p.m., or 3 - 6 p.m. Must attend a General Volunteer Orientation, and General Animal Handling and Dog Walking classes. Must be 18 years or older and able to commit to six months in the program.  This opportunity is sponsored by: Hawaiian Humane Society

From Ewa: Take H-1 Freeway to Exit 25A/King Street; make the first right (at Moiliili sign) and stay to the right after the stop light; continue to the right (about 75 feet) and then make a left into our parking lot.
From Hawaii Kai: Take H-1 Freeway to Exit 25A/King Street; come into the right hand lane as you come out of the freeway exit; make an immediate right into the first driveway.
Parking: If the front parking lot is full, pull out of our parking lot and make a right turn into Kehena Place, just makai of our building. About 50 feet up this street, on the right, is the entrance to our other parking lot.
Nearest Bus Stop: Once in Honolulu take Bus Route #1, 1 minute minute walk |
