We are looking for volunteers that can walk our dogs on a short route. Available shifts are 9 a.m. - 12 p.m., 12 - 3 p.m., or 3 - 6 p.m.
Must attend a General Volunteer Orientation,General Animal Handling and Dog Walking classes. Must be 18 years or older and able to commit to six months in the program. Go directly to www.hawaiianhumane.org/volunteers to apply online, and select a General Volunteer Orientation to attend.

Directions:

From Ewa: Take H-1 Freeway to Exit 25A/King Street; make the first right (at Moiliili sign) and stay to the right after the stop light; continue to the right (about 75 feet) and then make a left into our parking lot.
From Hawaii Kai: Take H-1 Freeway to Exit 25A/King Street; come into the right hand lane as you come out of the freeway exit; make an immediate right into the first driveway.
Parking: If the front parking lot is full, pull out of our parking lot and make a right turn into Kehena Place, just makai of our building. About 50 feet up this street, on the right, is the entrance to our other parking lot.
Nearest Bus Stop: Once in Honolulu take Bus Route #1, 1 minute minute walk |
