The Visitor’s Information Desk (VID) Attendants are the first people to meet and greet visitors when they arrive. VID Attendants will be responsible for welcoming and orienting visitors to the museum. VID attendants will answer questions visitors may have about the museum, places nearby to eat at and visit as well as conveying information regarding cultural events and attractions occurring throughout Hawai'i. The attendant will also be responsible for counting visitors as they enter the museum grounds and assisting visitors with the securing of items to be checked. The Visitor’s Information Desk (VID) Attendants are welcoming, courteous, knowledgeable and always ready to provide assistance to museum visitors.
