Castle Medical Center is a 157 bed Seventh-day Adventist hospital located in Kailua on the windward side of Oahu. It is a full service hospital with a state-of-the-art Emergency Department, Women's Center, Joint Care Center, Wellness and Lifestyle Center and premier vegetarian eatery, the Pali Gardens Restaurant. Excellent patient care is augmented by an expanding volunteer program, currently 150 members strong, that includes students, retirees, friends and family from our community.
History:
Castle Medical Center opened in 1963 with a grant from Harold Castle and the Seventh-day Adventist Church. We are proud to provide Christian-oriented care in a personal, holistic healing environment. The hospital is a member of Adventist Health, a network of hospital and healthcare organizations operating in California, Hawaii, Oregon and Washington.

From Honolulu take the Pali Highway to Kailua and make a left turn onto Ulukahiki St. From the ewa side of the island take H-3 and turn off (right) at the Kailua exit. Proceed on Kamehameha Highway and turn left onto Pali Highway then make a left unto Ulukahiki St. From the North Shore take Kamehameha Highway through Kahuku and Kaneohe and turn left onto Pali Highway then left again onto Ulukahiki St. From Hawaii Kai take Kalanianaole Highway through Waimanalo to the intersection of Pali Highway and Kalanianaole Highway. Proceed straight through the intersection onto Ulukahiki St. You will see the hospital on the left.
