SCORE Hawaii is a non-profit association dedicated to the growth and success of small businesses in Hawaii through entrepreneur education and counseling. SCORE is a resource partner with the U.S. Small Business Administration.

Description:
SCORE has 389 chapters in locations throughout the U.S. and its territories, with 10,500 volunteers nationwide. We provide individual counseling - in person and online - and business workshops for aspiring entrepreneurs and business owners. Our counseling services are FREE. SCORE clients can access (online) the expertise of all 10,000 counselors. As appropriate, SCORE Hawaii can provide advisory boards for client organizations. In addition to counseling, volunteers are also utilized in such activities as public relations, fund raising, information technology, administration, training, recruitment, and the law.

History:
SCORE was founded in 1964. Our national headquarters are in Washington D.C. SCORE Hawaii has 36 active counselors. They are dedicated retired, semi-retired, and employed professionals who are skilled in a number of business disciplines and with backgrounds in many different industries.
