Take H-1 freeway west, to the H-2 exit 8A (Wahiawa). Continue on H-2 North, take Wahiawa exit, continue through Wahiawa Town (Kam. Hwy, 80), towards Haleiwa Town. Head through Historic Haleiwa Town or choose the (Joe Leong) bypass. Both routes converge on Kamehameha Hwy. Continue on Kam Hwy. to Waimea Bay. Be prepared to turn right off Kam Hwy. after the low bridge into Waimea Valley as you round Waimea Bay. Drive a 1/2 mile into to the valley and park at the visitor's center.
